An easy walk to a temple and a mausoleum. The view from the terrace. Great location to Noi Bai International airport, just 30 minutes by car...

Staff was good, helped with extra questions. Room was clean and nice. 10 min by taxi to Expo. Very near to some historical places. In the front of the hotel there is a bank. Staff recommended a very good massage saloon. There were a lot of foreigners, perfect service!
Breakfasts were simple as well as dishes in the hotel restaurant were average. Usually there were a lot of onions. It is simpler to pay for the hotel in USD or by card, otherwise there is hotel currency exchange rate which is not corresponding to rates of state bank.

good staff, good service.
the pillow is a little bit high, not soft enough.

I really liked how the hotel staff are willing to help you, from the gatekeeper to the manager, everyone is willing to help you solve any problem that can appear. Hotel manager even helped us to book a trip to halong bay and also all the hotels from our entire staying in vietnam.

A little out of the way for the old quarter (though just next to the Temple of Literature and well placed for the French quarter) Hanoi Emotion Hotel is a newish hotel with excellent facilities - it lacks colonial charm, but the staff were unfailingly helpful, charming and attentive, the inclusive breakfast is good, the spacious rooms are well appointed and the Wi-fi is free. Rooms can be a little dark as Hàng Bôt is a narrow street, but if you want a place outside the swirling chaos of Hoan Kien, this is a good place to be.

Located in a quiet street. This hotel is a recent, high service level. Nice kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In the lobby there is a concierge tour desk - it is very convenient.
Do not use a map of the city, which lies at the reception. All the attractions and beauty of the city located on the opposite side. On the map, which is offered at the hotel, you will not see anything interesting. It is better to take care of this in advance and print out a map before leaving home.
